A Higher Education Institute is a place where an adult becomes a responsible citizen of the nation. B.S. College takes immense pride in providing quality education to students of remote regions of the state for the last 60 years. In its journey since 1963, the institute has seen many students excel in academics, sports and other extra-curricular activities. The aim of the college is to provide knowledge through character building. In Spite of the shortage of faculty members and limited resources the institute has successfully spread the light of knowledge in the region. The faculty members are well qualified and dedicated. With their cooperation the institute has been excelling in various fields.
The aim of education here is to create an awareness about human co-existence. I urge students to make use of the facilities provided in the college. Regular attendance and engaging in various non-academic activities will not only enrich the life of the students but also build a society where civilization shall flourish. With National Education Policy 2020 implemented in the University, we at institute have taken special care to cater to the overall development of the students especially making them skilled while they garner professional acumen.
The Institute continuously strives to foster cultural milieu of the region by organizing various cultural activities. It is only in the best of things, I hope that the college shall occupy among the best colleges of the State.
